1. What type of shooting are you most interested in?
Trap - Skeet - Pistol - Rifle - Cowboy Action - Black Powder - Sporting Clays - Archery. I shoot everything really.
2. How did you get interested in shooting?
Watching the American Sportsman with Curt Goudy.
3. What is your greatest shooting challenge?
4. What advice would you give to new shooters about the sport?
Shoot lots of targets. Watch the good shooters, study what they do to hit the target. Everyone can learn something from other shooters, it may only be one thing but everyone can learn from others.
5. What is your most embarrassing shooting moment?
Everytime i miss a target.
6. What is your greatest shooting accomplishment?
Running 100 straight in Trap and Skeet, and shooting doubles at station 8 on the Skeet field. The objective is to hit both targets before they cross the 12:00 o clock position. It's a really fast shot but I love a challenge and this shot is a big challenge.
7. What is your favorite firearm to shoot and why?
I really would have to say in (pumps) the Model 12 Winchester, (automatics) Browning Auto 5, Winchester Super X One, (Double Barrels) Winchester Model 21, (over under) Browning Superposed.
8. If you could choose any 5 people in the world to be on your shooting team, who would they be and why?
Barry Hartmann, Saundra Hartmann, Matt Riggin, Jeff Johnson, Charlie Hanes, all of these shooters are competitive and encourage the other team members to do better, also they behave like ladies and gentlemen on the Skeet Field.
9. Tell us a little about you, where you work, other hobbies, family, etc., whatever you would like to share.
I'm just a poor old country boy trying to stay ahead of city slickers, born in Ardmore OK on 3-14-55. Graduated High School in Vinita OK. 1973, graduated AA NEO. Miami 1976 ,Graduated Northeastern State University 1979 in Elementary Education, Graduated NSU 1989 Masters in Education. My hobbies are raquetball, bicycling, swimming, shooting, hunting, travel. I have a daughter Gina Bradford who is married to Jamin Jackson and have blessed me with a wonderful grand daughter Petra now 1 year old, I currently work on houses and rent them with option to purchase. I am Divorced and have been since 2006. Now I hang out with my new family Lonnie and Shelly, Lonnie and I are known as the Tormentors our motto (all for one and one for all).
