President's Corner
2012 will be another exciting year at the Tulsa Gun Club and if you have not made
it out to your club in a while you might be surprised to see the changes that we
are making. The most notable changes have taken place at the clubhouse, with
the completion of the building during 2011; we are striving to finish the exterior
painting of the railings and steel framing the red color that you have seen
being applied.

Among the many other improvements that we plan to complete during this
current year are;

The club is perpetually on the lookout for skilled labor and if you have tools and equipment, and the knowledge of how to put them to good use, please let us know.

The 2012 Oklahoma Skeet Shooting Association tournament schedule will kick off March 16th, 17th and 18th with the Tulsa Gun Club's St. Patrick's Shoot. If you
own or operate a business and would like to be a contributing sponsor of the shoot please contact Ax Synar, our Shoot Director, or let Rich know.

Remember to look at the website for current event announcements and the
calendar for upcoming shoot activities and classes and friend Tulsa Gun Club on Facebook.

Members of the Board of Director and the staff of Tulsa Gun Club hope that
all your shots find their targets.

  • Relocating the RV parking area to the shade of the trees next to the creek
with improved electrical distribution.
  • Further grading of the trap and skeet fields to improve drainage so that we
can shoot and still keep our feet dry.
  • Repainting of the stations on the trap and skeet fields.
  • The paving of some ADA compliant wheel chair accessible parking spaces.
  • The grading of the area under the clubhouse and the installation of a new deck.
