Club members can shoot almost any caliber rifle on this 50 yard paper target range. A person who wants the competitive challenge of long range shooting can still work out problems, test ammunition, sight in the firearm, train others and gain shooting experience by using a much smaller target to partially simulate a longer range. The casual shooter will enjoy the challenge of 50 yard shooting even more.

Tips to increase results:
1. The first step is to make sure your firearm is sighted in correctly, even
fixed sights should be tested. Use bench rests to support the forearm
and butt stock.
2. A new shooter or an experienced one (who needs to get back to basics)
should train with a 22 caliber rifle. With almost no recoil, you can
concentrate on developing the skills necessary to shoot any rifle . Also,
it cost less to practice, practice, practice.
3. Use a sling when able, it will increase accuracy.
4. The most critical skill to master is the trigger pull.
