Safety glasses and Ear protection mandatory in all shooting areas.
Skeet target presentations are representative of the flight patterns of many game birds.
There are two opposing houses throwing targets, a high house and a low house.
The targets from each house travel over a center stake. There are eight shooting stations, each presenting two slightly different target angles. This game is challenging but increased results are achievable. It can become habit forming.
Try it if you dare.
Basic Safety:
a) Maximum shot size 7 1/2
b) Unloaded and action open until your turn to shoot.
c) When loaded and shooting, (don't walk, Maximum of 2 shells in gun,
barrel pointed down range).
d) Safety glasses and ear protection mandatory.
Fees:
Tips to increase results:
- Keep your head on the gun, don't look at the barrel.
- Keep your eyes on the target to swing gun into shooting position.
- Continue moving gun while pulling the trigger and follow through,
otherwise shot will be behind.
- A skeet or improved cylinder choke work best.
